The Natural World in Focus

I’m David, a wildlife and landscape photographer specialising in capturing the natural world across the UK and internationally.

My work focuses on creating authentic wildlife photography and landscape images that reflect the diversity and atmosphere of each location.

Over the years, I’ve travelled extensively in search of compelling subjects—photographing the Aurora Borealis and polar bears in the Arctic Circle, as well as wildlife and landscapes in Canada, Scandinavia, the southern hemisphere, and Central America.

These experiences have shaped my approach to nature photography, combining patience, observation, and a strong sense of composition.

Alongside my international work, I regularly photograph UK wildlife and landscapes, continuing to explore the variety of species and natural environments closer to home.

I’m continually seeking opportunities to photograph wildlife across the world, exploring new environments and developing my portfolio of wildlife and landscape photography.
You’ll be able to see my latest images on my Instagram and Facebook pages.

My background
My photography is a hobby which first started when I was 15 when I borrowed my dad’s Kodak retina 3B. In my work, I used cameras in the print industry, where I learnt my skills, photography knowledge, composure, and keen eye for attention to detail.

My equipment
I love being able to capture images with my state-of-the-art Nikon equipment.

My recent press coverage
The Times, The Guardian, The Daily Star and Le Nouvel Obs in France have all featured some of my images.
